Terms and Conditions:

• Applied taxes are current and subject to change according to any government new law.

• Hotel have the right to stop the here above promotion at any time according to the hotel activities.

• Space will be subject to the hotel availability with advance reservation.

• Above promotion is applicable only for new reservations received as of today and will be implemented only during certain dates (according to the hotel activity).

• Above rates are not applicable for corporate accounts & MICE Business.

• Check-in procedures and services for all confirmed reservations depend on local authorities’ valid instructions and regulations upon arrival. Children Policy:

• Children aged one to six years free of charge up to 2 children maximum per room (No Extra Bed).

• Children aged six to twelve years accountable to 50 % discount of half twin.

• Maximum one Extra bed per room, (150.00 L.E. per night upon request).

• No check in without guest ID & Children birth date certificate. Cancellation, No Show & Amendment policy:

• Any cancellation must be sent to the reservation department in a written form.

• The hotel will charge one-night cancellation fee for each room canceled within 03 days prior to the arrival date during normal Periods.

• The hotel will charge one-night cancellation fee for each room canceled within 07 days prior to the arrival date during High periods.

• No show and Last-minute amendment or any amendment during guest stay will be subject to full stay charge (based on the original booked meal plan).

• Nationality / Name Change Is not allowed under any circumstances, it’s considered as cancellation of the original booking and new booking is subject to hotel availability and re-quoting with different rate structure. The hotel will only check–in the rooms that appear on the final / release list accepted by the hotel in due time.
